Nigerian Docs UK

Nigerian passport, NIN and BVN help in the UK, coordinated for you

Nigerian Docs UK finds out exactly what you need, agrees your quote with a vetted UK-based agent, confirms your price and appointment date in writing, and stays with you until the document is in your hand. You attend the High Commission once. We handle everything around it.

Passports: 10 working days, guaranteed. Or your coordination fee back.

Independent coordination service. Not the Nigeria High Commission, NIS or NIMC. Official fees are paid to the government directly; you can also apply yourself using the official portals linked below.

What do you need?

How it works

  1. 1. You message us. On WhatsApp or through the form. You get a reference code and the document checklist for your case straight away.
  2. 2. We find out what you need. Renewal, a child's first passport, a lost passport, NIN, BVN, a visa, or a combination. We check your documents before anything is submitted.
  3. 3. We agree your quote with our agent and confirm the price and your appointment date back to you in writing.
  4. 4. You pay and attend once. We brief you the day before, and track the document until it reaches you.

10 working days, guaranteed. Or your coordination fee back.

Nobody else in this market puts a number on it. The High Commission publishes no processing time and agents say "several weeks". On every passport service we guarantee a maximum of ten working days, and we back it with your money, not ours.

How it is counted: The clock starts on the working day after your documents are complete and your coordination fee is paid, and stops on the day your new passport is dispatched to you. Ten working days, maximum. When we quote, we confirm in writing that your case qualifies; the rare cases that cannot be done in ten days by anyone (for example where a document must first be obtained from Nigeria) are told so before you pay anything.

If we miss it: If we miss it, we refund your coordination fee in full, no argument. Official fees paid to the Nigeria Immigration Service or the High Commission are outside our control and are not refundable by us.

Fair exclusions (incorrect documents, a missed appointment, an official outage) are listed on each passport page.

The official fees, correctly
