Nigerian passport, NIN and BVN help in the UK, coordinated for you
Nigerian Docs UK finds out exactly what you need, agrees your quote with a vetted UK-based agent, confirms your price and appointment date in writing, and stays with you until the document is in your hand. You attend the High Commission once. We handle everything around it.
Passports: 10 working days, guaranteed. Or your coordination fee back.
Independent coordination service. Not the Nigeria High Commission, NIS or NIMC. Official fees are paid to the government directly; you can also apply yourself using the official portals linked below.

What do you need?

Adults renewing or re-issuing a Nigerian passport while living anywhere in the UK.
Child's passport
Parents of children under 18 who need a first Nigerian passport or a renewal, including UK-born children of Nigerian parents.
First passport (adult)
Adults who have never held a Nigerian passport, including people born in the UK to Nigerian parents.

Emergency travel certificate
Nigerians in the UK who must travel to Nigeria urgently with an expired, lost or unavailable passport.

BVN
Nigerians in the UK who need a BVN to open or unfreeze a Nigerian bank account, or who need an existing BVN corrected or linked.
Nigeria visa (British passport)
British citizens travelling to Nigeria, and British-Nigerian families weighing a visa against a Nigerian passport for a spouse or child.
Do I even need an agent?
An honest comparison of doing it yourself versus having it coordinated, and what each costs.
How it works
- 1. You message us. On WhatsApp or through the form. You get a reference code and the document checklist for your case straight away.
- 2. We find out what you need. Renewal, a child's first passport, a lost passport, NIN, BVN, a visa, or a combination. We check your documents before anything is submitted.
- 3. We agree your quote with our agent and confirm the price and your appointment date back to you in writing.
- 4. You pay and attend once. We brief you the day before, and track the document until it reaches you.
10 working days, guaranteed. Or your coordination fee back.
Nobody else in this market puts a number on it. The High Commission publishes no processing time and agents say "several weeks". On every passport service we guarantee a maximum of ten working days, and we back it with your money, not ours.
How it is counted: The clock starts on the working day after your documents are complete and your coordination fee is paid, and stops on the day your new passport is dispatched to you. Ten working days, maximum. When we quote, we confirm in writing that your case qualifies; the rare cases that cannot be done in ten days by anyone (for example where a document must first be obtained from Nigeria) are told so before you pay anything.
If we miss it: If we miss it, we refund your coordination fee in full, no argument. Official fees paid to the Nigeria Immigration Service or the High Commission are outside our control and are not refundable by us.
Fair exclusions (incorrect documents, a missed appointment, an official outage) are listed on each passport page.
The official fees, correctly
These are the government's fees, paid to the government. Several widely-read guides still quote old figures; these were checked against the Nigeria High Commission and NIS notices on 13 September 2026.
| Fee | Amount | Paid to |
|---|---|---|
| NIS passport fee, 32-page, 5-year | $150 | Paid in US dollars on the NIS portal (passportintl.immigration.gov.ng). |
| NIS passport fee, 64-page, 10-year | $230 | Paid in US dollars on the NIS portal (passportintl.immigration.gov.ng). |
| Nigeria High Commission administrative fee | £20 | UK postal order payable to the Nigeria High Commission, London, or e-payment. |
| High Commission fee for lost, stolen or damaged passport | £150 | UK postal order. Several well-known guides still say £250; the High Commission's own page says £150. |
| Emergency Travel Certificate | £120 | UK postal order. Same day, one-way travel to Nigeria, valid 30 days. |
| NRBVN remote BVN (CBN / NIBSS) | $50 | Non-refundable, paid online. BVN issued within 72 hours of approval. |
| Our coordination fee | Quoted on contact | Confirmed to you in writing, with your appointment date, before you pay anything. |
